Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a data-entry clerk I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
