Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
