Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a store manager I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
