Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
