Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 22 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
