Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a call-centre agent I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
