Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
