Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
