Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 22 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
