Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
