Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
