Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
