Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
