Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
