Low days while job hunting - any advice?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
