Low days while job hunting (Albuquerque)

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
