Low days while job hunting after 9 years as a machine operator

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
