Low days while job hunting after 9 years as a logistics coordinator

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
