Low days while job hunting after 8 years as a retail manager

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
