Low days while job hunting after 8 years as a project coordinator

After a layoff as a project coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
