Low days while job hunting after 8 years as a copywriter

After a layoff as a copywriter I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 12 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
