Low days while job hunting after 7 years as a store manager

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
