Low days while job hunting after 6 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
