Low days while job hunting after 6 years as a procurement assistant

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
