Low days while job hunting after 6 years as a call-centre agent

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
