Low days while job hunting after 5 years as an IT help-desk technician

After a layoff as an IT help-desk technician I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 4 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
