Low days while job hunting after 5 years as an event coordinator

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
