Low days while job hunting after 5 years as an accountant

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as an accountant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
