Low days while job hunting after 5 years as an accountant

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as an accountant before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
