Low days while job hunting after 4 years as an HR coordinator

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
