Low days while job hunting after 4 years as an accountant

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
