Low days while job hunting after 4 years as a procurement assistant

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
