Low days while job hunting after 4 years as a barista

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
