Low days while job hunting after 3 years as an office manager

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
