Low days while job hunting after 18 years as a forklift operator

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
