Low days while job hunting after 16 years as a welding apprentice

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
