Low days while job hunting after 16 years as a school bus driver

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
