Low days while job hunting after 16 years as a marketing coordinator

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
