Low days while job hunting after 16 years as a dental hygienist

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
