Low days while job hunting after 16 years as a delivery driver

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
