Low days while job hunting after 15 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
