Low days while job hunting after 15 years as a payroll clerk

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
