Low days while job hunting after 15 years as a mechanic

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
