Low days while job hunting after 14 years as an HR coordinator

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
