Low days while job hunting after 14 years as a warehouse supervisor

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
