Low days while job hunting after 14 years as a dental hygienist

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
