Low days while job hunting after 13 years as an insurance claims processor

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
