Low days while job hunting after 13 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
