Low days while job hunting after 13 years as a warehouse supervisor

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
