Low days while job hunting after 13 years as a line cook

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a line cook before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
